Perito - Setting up the INCEPT/IFMS

Welkom in jouw persoonlijke portaal bij de tweede stap van het opstarten van de INCEPT t.b.v. IFMS en je herregistratie. De eerste stap heeft de coördinator al voor je gedaan: het aanmaken van je INCEPT-meetperiode. Onderstaande stappen helpen je bij het kiezen van je collega-medisch specialisten, A(N)IOS en overige medewerkers. Lees je dit niet vanuit het portaal en wil je het portaal nu openen? In de uitnodigingsmail zat een link naar het portaal om in te kunnen loggen.

In je portaal vind je onder Evaluations you will find your INCEPT-evaluation. Click on it to open the screen where you can search and select respondents. In this first section, you will find three buttons:

1. Status of this evaluation
2. Number of repondents, including a link to add people
3. A link to the self-evaluation

In the second section of the screen you will see the respondents, categorized as

1. Medical specialists
2. Residents
3. Other staff members

4. Adding respondents

First, you need to select the people that you would like to fill out an evaluation

• Click on Add participants .
• Here, you can add specialists, residents, and other staff members by simply clicking on their name.
• Is the person you want to invite not listed under 'Members of your department'? You can look them up using the Search box.
• Should the person not be included in the search results, then you can add them. Next to the search results, you will find a link that says Click here to add new participants. Click the link and add the person by filling out their name, surname and emailadress. Finish adding the new person by clicking Add new member . Be sure to give them the correct job role in the dropdown menu.
• When you are done, choose Back to status overview to get an overview of the evaluation participants.

The invitations will be sent out automatically to everybody on your list on the starting date.

2. Filling out the self-evaluation

At the end of the evaluation round, you can access your self-evaluation through this screen as well. Use the link in the third section.

3. Input for coaching session

When the IFMS-period is completed in the online system Perito Professional Performance, an INCEPT report is automatically generated. Please send this report to the coach that you are meeting at least a week before the session Preferably, include in the mail:

• SETQ-feedback report
• The reflection form React which you can fill out them the feedback report (known as INCEPT-report) has been received from the Perito Professional Platform
• Other information about your performance, ambitions or vitality that you wish to discuss
