Perito - Setting up the TeamQ
Are you ready to set up the TeamQ? Have all specialists been added to the system? If not, please return to Managing members and teams, where we can help you add them to the system.
In the video below, we will go through all steps in setting up the TeamQ. To start, please open the tab Campaigns.
1. Use Add campaign to create a new evaluation.
- On the first screen, under Variant , choose the TeamQ to specify the type of evaluation. Please press Next.
- The starting date is automatically set to today, but you can choose to alter this. Please do the same for the ending date.
- By choosing the option subscribe me to receive email notifications , you can opt to receive an email everytime somebody has completed the questionnaire and one when the evaluation is completed. You can also choose to opt out of receiving these emails.
2. Setting up the email schedule
- Go to the tab Mail at the top.
- Choose the email template TeamQ_invitation. Press the
button on the right to preview the email.
- Switch on the auto-invite option to automatically send out emails and choose the desired option below.
- Choose the email template TeamQ_reminder. Press the
button on the right to preview the email.
- Switch on the auto-reminder option and decide on how often you want reminders to be sent out.
- Please click Next.
3. Adding principal educator(s)
- In the section Assessed Members, we choose the person central to the evaluation. By this, we mean the principal educator and, if applicable, the deputy educator.
- In the section on the left, find the department you are looking for. In the list of Medical specialists , find the right person/people (educator) and click on the plus sign next to their name to add them to the righthand section.
- Please click Next.
4. Adding other staff members
- Under Other participants, you can find all other staff members that will complete the TeamQ.
- In the section on the left, find the department you are looking for. In the list of Medical specialists , click on the plus sign to bring all people from this list into the righthand section. Please remember to delete the principle/deputy educator, since they were already added in the last step. You can remove them from the list by clicking the minus sign next to their name.
- Please click Next.
5. Finishing the set-up
- You have now successfully completed all steps. You can now click on Start creating campaigns to create the evaluation.
Emails will be automatically sent out, as well as reminders. The TeamQ report is automatically generated the day after the evaluation has ended. Please mind that a notification is not automatically sent out to the principal educator, so please inform them yourself. In addition, please ensure the educator has the correct Level in the Member management section, to make sure that they have access to the report. The report can be accessed through the portal.
